Make your mark

All over the world people have a desire to be seen, and for some people it ends up with them forcing innocent walls, signs etc to whisper their names in all eternity.

Some put up posters instead, it is better because they vanish over time, although they leave fragments of glue and paper behind.

In the dark

I was out late to capture the city at night. It was my first time and I just had the camera in my hands, so a lot of the pictures got blurred. A few of them turned out ok though.

It is going to take some more practice and stabilization, but I will get better.

Beelitz Heilst├Ątten

This old hospital has a fascinating story, you can search google or click this link. I went there even though I have seen at least 8,000,000 pictures of the place, because it is riveting.

Shortly after my arrival I met a german, who said a lot of things I did not understand, but I am pretty sure he said I was not allowed to be there.
So of course I waited until he was gone before I went in. It is an exiting and sometimes scary place, the imagination is working overtime.

When I had gone through the first building, the german man came back in great haste, yelling at me. I still did not understand german, but I did understand that I was being banished from the grounds.

Luckily I got what I came for, although I would enjoy an extra couple of days of exploring čÖé

Construction

I was in Berlin and on a square I noticed some cranes in the horizon, above the roofs.

I like cranes, they have so much sculpture power, especially when there is more than one.

Bus stop

This is an old bus stop close to where I live. It looks so sad and lonely, standing alone in the middle of nowhere.

Fence

I drive by this fence often, but one day I noticed it and took this picture.
